Except fix save data and force big crunch would immediately take me to the home screen and whether thats what it is supposed to do or not im not sure, but regardless neither of them worked. Then when I tried to use the report issue option, it wouldn't let me click the button. The history of the bug is that I just downloaded the game, tried to log in and it gives me an option about save data, i tried both options and it resulted the same either way (by taking me to the fix issue screen).
