Our Bus driver Yorgin is a very good driver which makes us feel very safe. Laurie has a wealth of knowledge to share. You can see that She and Yorgin both enjoy their jobs and make a great team on this tour. So much information is shared by both Lauri and Yorgin. Lauri gives us the itinerary first thing in the morning before we start out and also at the end of the day for the following day so everyone is reminded. We have enjoyed all of the excursions thus far and look forward to the second half. Cosmos was not correct until after the last landing. ### 1/5 — Horrible Customer Service *2018-07-26* I added the app to assist us on a trip to Europe. First, I had to send an email to even get the app to accept our reservation #, was informed 2 days later that all should be good. When I reentered my information it would only show me that I was going to Russia for 12 days in late August ( We were traveling to Scandinavia in July), once again I reached out to support and they asked me one question about what app I was using? Really? Did they think I was asking about Candy Crush?! That was 4 days before our departure and never heard back from them. Then icon blanks out and won’t allow you to log back in.Have deleted app on 6 occasions and attempted to reload to no avail.Made contact with Cosmos Australia on several occasions who can’t help to resolve issue.Not off to Good start for this tour. ### 3/5 — BIG BUG *2026-03-24, version 2.5* While information provided is potentially very useful it is “marred” completely by a bug affecting daily information where there are 40+ entries each day giving duplicate information.
