I have no complaints yet, this game has excellent progression and scaling. Save games are not tied to facebook, ads do pop unless you seek them out, the iap to remove ads can be bought for premiun currency which does drop. Several things can be tweaked to fit your playstyle, there are text and power saving settings as well. It kind of cool it has all these drones to help the main ship. You can equip the main ship with variety of weapons depending what the person wants to have. The only problem is that the tap damage doesn't correspond to same number when you tap the screen. It gives a less number, but close to the actual tap damage indicated in the screen where the blaster icon is.
