## What is COSMOTE TV Smart Remote?

COSMOTE TV Smart Remote application allows you to control your Set-Top-Box (STB) (provided that you are a COSMOTE TV subscriber) using your smartphone or tablet as you are currently doing with your remote control. In order to communicate the device with the STB, the following requirements must be met:
a) the stb should be connected to the internet
b) the device should be connected to the same local network (same wifi) as the STB.More information on the operation of the COSMOTE TV Smart Remote App can be found in the Help menu.

Κάνει σάρωση αλλά δεν βρίσκει αποκωδικοποιητή. Το έχω προσπαθήσει επανειλημμένα αλλά δεν δουλεύει. Τα τηλεκοντρόλ του αποκωδικοποιητή χαλάνε για πλάκα οπότε πρέπει να φτιάξουν την εφαρμογή γιατί με τόσα χρήματα που δίνουμε κάθε μήνα θα έπρεπε όλα να δουλεύουν κανονικότητα.
