Unfortunately, the app does not allow to cancel the subscription . This is a very big limitation. Also lately it has been very unstable, crashing constantly.

Ενώ το concept είναι άριστο, το διαδικαστικό του να ανοίξεις λογαριασμό και γενικότερα να κινηθείς μέσα στην εφαρμογή είναι πάρα πολύ δύσκολο συγκριτικά με όμοιες πλατφόρμες όπως το Netflix. Μακάρι να μπορούσες απλά να κάνεις sign up με ένα email και μία πιστωτική κάρτα και να μπορούσες αμέσως να απολαύσεις τις υπηρεσίες. Όπως επίσης η εφαρμογή θα μπορούσε να είναι αρκετά πιο smooth και να μην λαγκάρει τόσο.

Άψογη εφαρμογή, εύχρηστη χωρίς κολλήματα σε iOS16.1
Ποτέ θα την δούμε στο AppletvOS?       Η εφαρμογή στο LGwebOS κρασάρει συνέχεια και κάνει buffering άνευ λόγου και αιτίας διακόπτοντας την τηλεθέαση.

Βελτιώνεται συνεχώς αλλά ακόμη δεν είναι ιδανική. Ως χρήστης από την πρώτη στιγμή, έχει βελτιωθεί πολύ σημαντικά και είναι αρκετά εύχρηστη. Η τελευταία προσθήκη του cast ήταν σημαντική, αλλά δεν υπάρχει ακόμη Airplay, το οποίο είναι ίσως το μεγαλύτερο μειονέκτημα της εφαρμογής.

Η απουσία airplay/screen mirroring την καθιστά άχρηστη για εμένα. Ίσως θα μπορούσατε να προσφέρετε αυτή τη δυνατότητα με την πληρωμή κάποιου μικρού έξτρα κόστους;

Το περιεχόμενο σου δίνει πρόσβαση σε υλικό που έχει ενδιαφέρον και σε αξιόλογα ελληνικά ντοκιμαντέρ.
Η εφαρμογή είναι καλαίσθητη και έχει αρκετά γρήγορη απόκριση 
Λείπουν αρκετά που μας έχουν συνηθίσει άλλες εφαρμογές streaming, όπως εφαρμογή για Apple TV,  το Airplay/Screen Mirroring/HDMI out από ipad δεν λειτουργεί μιας και η εφαρμογή κολλάει και δεν φορτώνει την ταινία.
Επίσης θα ήταν πολύ βολικό όταν είσαι σε επεισόδιο μιας σειράς να μπορείς να πας και στα υπόλοιπα μέσω μιας χρονολογικής λίστας. 
Ελπίζω ότι σύντομα θα γίνουν και αυτά και θα βελτιωθεί η ευχρηστία.

You can’t use AirPlay or HDMI out. The external screen shows the login screen while playback continues on the device. This used to work. Now it’s broken.

Unfortunately AppleTV is not supported, which is very disappointing considering that the subscription free ERTflix app, and other streaming services already have tvOS support.

Hi Team - have been super happy with your app until recently. One of the latest updates makes it impossible to download any content. Now when I download content the app crashes and closes. Then it does not open again. It flashes and closes, even when I reset the iPhone. I then have to delete the app and downloaded it again. Tried this three times and all three times with same results. Hope you can address this bug.

Κατάργησαν το Replay μέσω του κωδικοποιητή (κανείς δεν καταλαβαίνει σε τι τους πείραζε) και διαφημίζουν τη χρήση του cosmote tv app. Αφού περνάς αχρείαστα βήματα authentication και βρίσκεις τελικά αυτό που θέλεις να δεις, μόλις συνδέεις την τηλεόραση-οθόνη σταματάει να λειτουργεί. Δοκίμασα 3 διαφορετικές συσκευές iphone και ipad. Ε λέω, ας δοκιμάσω από windows pc. Επίσης δεν λειτουργεί τίποτα και εκεί. Βγάζει το μήνυμα “the cosmote id service is temporarily not available”. Τρέχα γύρευε. Παιδιά πάρτε κανέναν developer της προκοπής και πληρώστε τον καλά. Δεν πάνε καλά τα πράγματα… Και κάνουμε και QA πριν βγάλουμε νέα προϊόντα στην αγορά.

Καθε φορα που προσπαθω να μπω στον λογαριασμο μου προκυπτει σφαλμα. Εχω δοκιμασει να απενεγκαταστησω και ξανα το ιδιο.

Not clear how many years these people are trying to make an app that makes sense for the user. Still they are miles away from even understanding that.
The funniest thing is that they are AS BAD AS THEIR COMPETITION. Guess “free market” does not apply here….

Τις τελευταίες μέρες η εφαρμογή κολλάει και στο κινητό και στο λαπτοπ. Αρχικά στο κινητό ενώ βάζω τον κωδικό δεν ανοίγει η αρχική σελίδα με τα κανάλια, ενώ δείχνει ότι φορτώνει. Στο λαπτοπ, η εφαρμογή ανοίγει, ωστόσο εμφανίζεται ένα μήνυμα ότι υπάρχει πρόβλημα με την εφαρμογή και κάθε φορά που επιλέγω κανάλι δεν φορτώνει το περιεχόμενο. Μπορείτε να δώσετε κάποια συμβουλή τι θα μπορούσα να κάνω;

Έχει γίνει προσεγμένη δουλειά. Αν μπορούσε να υπάρχει  και η δυνατότητα Picture in Picture ώστε να μπορώ να κάνω και διάφορα άλλα πράγματα συγχρόνως , πιστεύω μετά ότι θα είναι κομπλέ.

Πολύ καλή εφαρμογή με πολύ πλούσιο περιεχόμενο και κανάλια ,ειδικά για εμάς τους Έλληνες του εξωτερικού είναι η άμεση σύνδεση που έχουμε με την Ελλάδα και αυτό που δίνει ελληνικό χρώμα και στοιχείο μέσα στο σπίτι μας και ένας τρόπος να μαθαίνουν τα παιδιά μας ελληνικά!Αυτό που είναι κρίμα είναι ότι βλέπω σχόλια όσο αφορά τη μη ύπαρξη της εφαρμογής στο Apple TV store και θα συμφωνήσω απόλυτα για κάποιον που πληρώνει 215 ευρώ το χρόνο δεν είναι καθόλου φθηνό και θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει αντίστοιχη εφαρμογή και στο Apple TV. Το ακόμη πιο λυπηρό είναι ότι από το 2022 υπάρχουν απαντήσεις σ’αυτά τα σχόλια να μείνουμε συντονισμένοι και πως κάποια στιγμή θα βγει… well.. 2 χρόνια μετά και ακόμα περιμένουμε..
