Every time I want to connect to this app, it says “wrong billing address “. And I need to update the app. It is very annoying. Shame on cosmote. I have no problem with other providers. They will try any trick in the book to swindle you out of your money, they have for the monopoly on the market in Greece, which is the only reason people use them. If the customer service don’t like dealing with you, they just hang up the call. The payment system on the app doesn’t (currently) work for international cards. Deleted app then re added app, same nonsense. I gave up.
