The best recommendations don't come from strangers or star ratings — they come from people you trust. Cosmou turns the places your friends love into a map you can actually use, wherever you are.

Cosmou is invite-only. You'll need an invite from someone already in it.

What's new: 
Communities are here.
• Create a community — give it a name, a photo, tags and a place, and choose who can find it
• Find communities by name, by what they're about, or by where they are
• Invite people with a link, or add several at once
• Ask to join the open ones, or accept an invite to the ones that aren't
• Broadcast a stream to a community instead of to your whole orbit
• See who's in a community, and mute one without leaving it
• Search now covers your orbit and your communities together

### 1.3.36 — 2026-09-06

What's new: 
• Pin a stream to places: Type ! while typing a location and your stream reaches the people located there.
• Edit or delete your own group streams: Tapping your own group stream now opens it for editing, like any other stream. 
• The location tag no longer repeats you: If your message already names the city, the drop pin line is hidden.
• The composer recognizes places as you type, so a city becomes a pin without leaving the sentence.
• Spacing and layout fixes across the stream composer and the edit card.

What's new:
• Attaching a rec to a stream opens a proper bottom sheet
• Picking who a stream goes to now shows how many people each option reaches
• Failed loads no longer look like an empty account — your recs stay put, with a retry

What's new:
• Map pins correctly show how many people rec'd a place
• Save and rec marks on map pins are clearer. A crisper ring, a larger glyph, and they no longer get clipped by the pin when you tap it.
• City names keep their capitals on the orbit page selected pills — Barcelona, not barcelona.
• Cleaner cards in "popular in" and "explore" sheets
• Fixed stray divider lines in guide headers on longer descriptions

What's new:
• A new opening screen — trust where you go, through who you know
• Sharing an invite is quicker: the link is ready as soon as the share sheet opens
• Analytics no longer derive your location from your connection
• An updated privacy policy, with more detail on what's collected and what leaves your device
