The apps always says error to many requests

The app tricked me when I was thinking I was signing up for a free trial but it was an actual subscription I gave it a try and it keeps giving me error message. Complete waste of money. I want my money back.

Free trial always says they are experiencing high volume and to please try again later. Never able to generate photo so definitely won’t upgrade to paid plan since I can’t try it first.
