## What is Cost Ledger?

Cost Ledger is an ingredient and recipe costing tool for small merchants, food businesses, and bakeries.

Record each ingredient's package price, purchase quantity, and unit. Build recipes with net quantities and waste rates. Cost Ledger automatically calculates ingredient unit costs, recipe batch costs, additional packaging and labor expenses, and the average cost per output.
