Chat is not working properly. The app crashes under the load (e.g. when the entire ship goes to book tender boats, the app is not responsive for more than an hour - happened twice with us). Some parts missing translation and fallback to Italian language. Logs out in random times. The password can be both mm/dd/yyyy or dd/mm/yyyy and does not have validation Idea for a new feature: please add the ships clock somewhere. In our cruise we’ve been in 4 timezones. The staff do not bother to change the clock on board, the phone is not syncing in the ocean and the app doesn’t provide this information as well. Les messages arrivent souvent en décalé, parfois de plus d'une heure. L'application nécessite une prise en main pour trouver toutes les infos... Muy poco intuitiva a la hora de hacerla funcionar y me explico. Para que funcione tiene que estar sin datos y en modo avión, conectado con la wifi del barco, sin VPN ni protección alguna (cosa que no me gustó nada porque soy muy cuidadoso con mi privacidad). Es imposible conectar a la primera y he tenido que ir 3 veces a la asistencia del barco por problemas técnicos que se resolverían sobre la marcha si lo explicasen. Por lo que solo por la pérdida absoluta de privacidad, ya pierde toda puntuación que pueda darle. Otra cosa es el WIFI del barco, que va más lento que el caballo del malo cuando en la publicidad te dice “internet como en casa” (lo mismo en una casa del año 2000)… en fin. Once it hits midnight you can’t see the itinerary or events for that day / night and the next day itinerary starts at 9 am but there’s events, bars, clubs, food going till 4 am !!!!. Another thing You access the app at all or see anything at all in the app unless you’re on ship wifi nothing nada. Go to an island want to see when the ship bording time is ? Good luck !!! It’s not it, glitches non stop with “discover events happening now” portal . Die tagesaktuellen Restaurantmenüs sind enthalten, ebenso Landausflüge und vieles mehr. Auch die Internetpakete funktionieren nur über die App. Die Umsetzung ist sehr gelungen und intuitiv - die vielen negativen Rezensionen für mich absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. ### 5/5 — Crociera su Costa Pacifica *2025-12-11, version 5.0.5* Ho fatto la crociera su costa pacifica a novembre 2025, l’applicazione è fantastica , funziona veramente benissimo . La cosa più bella è l’interfaccia molto intuitiva. Molto utile per messaggiare , i messaggi arrivano subito e con la notifica, mentre su msc mi è capitato varie volte che la notifica non arrivava . Complimenti per l’app e anche la nave , bellissima . An Bord kann man sich mit der App in das kostenfreie Bordnetz einwählen und bekommt so wirklich alle Informationen, die man unterwegs so braucht. Von den Aktivitäten über die geöffnet Bars und Restaurants, bis hin zu Ausflugsinformationen sind abrufbar. Es finden sich sogar die tagesaktuellen Speisekarten der Restaurants.
