## What is Costa Rica Currency?

Costa Rica Currency app shows you the exchange rate of U.S. Dollar and Costa Rica Colón of all authorized financial institutions in Costa Rica.

In most websites, newspaper, etc. the exchange price display is a reference price established by Costa Rica's Central Bank. If you visit a commercial bank or any financial institution the price, most likely, will be different.

This app allows you to select the banks of your choice, gives you a quick conversion tool and shows historic data from each authorized bank or financial entity.

Perhaps its because I did not read the description carefully enough but the Icon suggestions a conversions between US currency and Costa Rica currency. But I did not see a converter. That is why I bought it.

**Developer response:** Sorry I didn't responded earlier. The main screen show all the banks available or the ones you configure in settings. If you select a particular bank the next screen shows more information about that bank and allows you to use the converter for the exchange rate of that particular bank. The conversion tool is easy to use, not the old slider version which was not accurate.  The app offers a Today extension so you can check fast and easy your favorite banks. Offers three color schemes.
