You may become a Costco member either through the app, website or at any of our warehouse locations. ## Key features - Browse expanded online selection - Create product wishlists - Digital membership card - Renew or become a member - Access online savings - View purchase history - Check warehouse events ## Recent user reviews (10 of 22) All indexed reviews: https://appshunter.io/ios/app/costco-japan/id1560889555/reviews.md ### 2/5 — タブレットの会員証のバーコードが大きすぎます。 *2026-08-30* アプリで入場できると知ってダウンロードをし、写真を撮ってカウンターに並んで有効化してもらったんですが、バーコードがタブレットの幅いっぱいに表示されていて、かつ画面表示が小さくならないため、結局会員証を取り出して入場する事になりました。入り口のおねぇさんもビックリされていました。 バーコードの大きさが通常のリーダーで読み取りできるように、表示もしくはアプリの表示サイズの変更が可能なようにして欲しいです。 また、同じようなことを防止するためにも、バーコード表示について変更がされるまでの間は、タブレットで会員証有効化についてはバーコードが使えない可能性がある事を、登録前に説明して欲しいです。 よろしくお願いします。 ### 1/5 — アホか！ *2026-06-24* 家族カードが一枚無料で登録可能と言われたので希望したら「お嬢様の分はご帰宅後にゆっくり登録できますよ」と言われたので、さっそく帰宅後に登録したら「登録カウンターにお越しください」って…。 確かに会員情報は自宅で入力できるけど、最終的には店舗に行く必要があるって、こんなアホで非効率なことってあります？ だったらカウンターで「店舗での最終登録が必要です」って説明してくれればイイのに。 あと、やたらと「黒カードにしましょう」って勧誘が多い。 「白でいいです」って言ってるのに何度も何度も「黒に」「黒に」ってホントうるさい。 あ〜また行かなきゃいけないのが面倒〜！ ### 1/5 — 結局店舗… *2026-05-20* いちいちカードを持つのが手間なのでオンラインに登録。よしこれで使える！と思ったら最後の認証は店舗にGOですよ、しかもわざわざ時間をとって店舗へ行ったのになぜか認証が反映されない。係のお姉さん『うちでは反映されてます〜』って…私の携帯には何も反映されてない、真っ赤な文字でカウンターで手続きって出てる。苦手なのかなんなのか、とにかく自分に非は無いから店舗外でゆっくり設定して下さいと追い出されました。仕方なくアプリ削除、再登録、再起動。そしたらまた一からやり直し、アプリを削除したり、機種変したらまた店舗で最初からお手続きが必要です、、と。 もうコレ必要ある？結局物理で良いし、今日だって家族カード（物理）で買い物出来たけど、それがなかったら入店拒否なの？年会費払ってるのに？ これからデジタル考えてる方はよくよく気をつけて下さい。やっぱ物理が最強でした。 ### 1/5 — Why is it so hard? *2026-05-03* Costco, an American company cannot add English labels to their app in Japan? How is it even a hard thing to do??? I mean everything else is set to English if you want it to... Maybe using the same developers as Amazon Music Japan? :( Added to this the website is even worse, constantly logs you out, or changes from English back to Japanese! Lúc đó là 22h nên nghĩ giờ hành chính sẽ được xác nhận sớm hơn nhưng cũng có gì thay đổi.
