我之前已購買此 App 的 專業版 ，但最近突然被降回免費版本。

我已經確認付款成功，也曾聯絡客服，但直到現在仍然沒有收到任何回覆或協助。

作為付費用戶，這種體驗真的令人失望。希望官方可以正視問題，並改善客服支援及帳號同步問題。

如果你們也有類似情況，希望大家留意。
