## What is CoStrive?

CoStrive is a new way to be together while we move.

The app provides real-time audio coaching and guided experiences, so you can run, train, or walk – alone or with others – while still feeling connected.

With CoStrive, a coach can speak directly into your ears, no matter where you are, and you can share energy, motivation, and experiences with other participants at the same time.

The goal is to make it simple to create shared experiences across distances. One click, and you’re part of a team, a session, or a guided tour. No complex setups, no distractions – just clear audio and presence in motion.

CoStrive is designed for running clubs, coaches, companies, and individuals who want an easy way to motivate, inspire, and strengthen communities. It’s not just about moving – it’s about being together, wherever we are.
