## What is CostryxPM?

Costryx PM gives construction teams one secure workspace to organize projects from award through closeout. Designed for existing Costryx member companies, the app keeps project information, documents, field activity, and performance reporting connected so teams can work from the same current information wherever the job takes them.

Use Costryx PM to:

• View an executive dashboard across active projects
• Track awarded scope, milestones, and project progress
• Manage shop drawings, submittals, revisions, and approval status
• Record RFIs, punch-list items, daily reports, and team follow-ups
• Organize contracts, drawings, and job documents by project
• Create and monitor change orders and supporting details
• Review project costs, budgets, forecasts, and backlog
• Track bids and estimates from opportunity through award
• Coordinate project managers, office teams, and field users
• Receive important project and account notifications

Each project workspace brings together the details a construction team needs: customer and job information, current awarded value, scope status, document activity, outstanding items, project history, and performance indicators. Portfolio views help leadership understand active work, upcoming revenue, project commitments, and the overall backlog without relying on disconnected spreadsheets.

The app is built for authorized users of existing Costryx PM organizations. Sign in with the member account provided by your company. Account access and workspace permissions are managed by your organization.
