A cleaner, more professional app foundation
	•	The app is now organized into a modern, scalable structure (separate folders for Models, Views, Utilities, Components, and Design System), making everything easier to maintain and expand.

Smarter data that actually sticks
	•	CostWatt now saves your data using SwiftData, so your readings, rates, and settings persist reliably and are easy to query for charts and insights.
	•	Added structured models for:
	•	Readings (meter value, usage delta, rate, cost, notes)
	•	Rate Profiles (multiple named rates + default selection)
	•	App Settings (budget + alert preferences)

Budgeting + forecasting (the “premium app” feel)
	•	New Monthly Budget setting.
	•	Dashboard now shows:
	•	Month-to-date cost
	•	Forecasted end-of-month total
	•	A progress bar so you can instantly see if you’re on track.
	•	Optional alerts notify you if your forecasted spending is trending above budget.

Charts and insights that tell a story
	•	Added charts so you can quickly spot trends:
	•	Cost trend preview on the Dashboard
	•	Full Usage + Cost charts in Insights
	•	Added highlights like effective average rate and “highest usage” moments to explain what’s happening.

Sharing and export you can actually use
	•	Export all readings to CSV (perfect for spreadsheets, splitting costs, audits, or reimbursements).
	•	Share individual readings directly from the list with a clean summary format.
