I should have bought same item from Walmart or other place being rest assured that if I don’t like it, I can return it and get full amount back. These ppl deducted $26 from my refund. I would NEVER buy anything from them again. While customer service is always very polite, I never received the product and still no refund. I continue to call them, requesting a refund without success. The price was excellent compared to other retailers and the product qualities seems very good. I’m hoping the customer service and long-term support will match the experience.
