Creative Implementation
This is a useful, and creative application. There is nothing in here that cannot nbc done in excel. BUT it is clearer, easier to set up, and thought provoking. The key thing is it helps you structure your information in a useful and coherent way. For a business for example you can create different models for different views using the cost break down tool. This could be say start-up costs, and separately a budget. Its easy to throw together, view and gain insight from these simple roll-up models. The WBS is not bad, I think Critical Tools WBS is more powerful and creates a more traditional bottom to top view, versus side way view. I prefer Critical Tools implementation, but it is not available for the Mac. That said, if I had never used Critical Tools WBS this would still be very good. So in the end I give this application 5 stars. It will allow quick, simple modeling. It’s IDEAL for a small business and will allow quick scenario modeling and better financial decisions using very basic data. The power is in the visualization. Think of it as a front end to work you will do in Excel of in QuickBooks later. Its a fantastic tool for allowing you to data gather, and visualize the various cost, and budget structures. I found the file management a bit funky, but it’s quite logical, and I get why do what the Mac already does well thinking. You will just be using file finder a bit more than normal. Thats it. My recommendation to the developer is to consider whether you can build a reporting mechanism to the back end of the tool so that you can for example more easily summarize expense categories etc. By the way the configuration process in this application is quite sophisticated and powerful. I rate it as excellent. I rate the enter package as excellent. Absolutely recommended.

Nützliche Anpassungen und Ansichten mit viel Flexibilität
CostX ist durch seine Anpassungen und grafischen Ansichten ein intelligent entwickeltes Tool, in meinem Fall für das Projektmanagement, das viel Freiheit bietet. Da es ständig durch immer neue Versionen weiterentwickelt wird -auch in Verbindung mit anderen apps vom Team Swift Apps zu einer Gesamtkonzeption- freue ich mich auf viele nützliche Innovationen und Ideen für meine tägliche Arbeit. Sehr gute Arbeit von Euch Allen und Danke besonders für Version 3.0 und weiter so!
