cosyposflow is an all-in-one point of sale for cafés, restaurants, bars and takeaways. Run your whole venue from one calm, fast app.

• Smart POS: take orders from the floor or a fixed till, with modifiers, split bills and table management
• Kitchen & bar displays: colour-coded tickets move from new to prep to ready, so nothing gets lost
• Payments: take card payments with Stripe Terminal card readers

New restaurants start with a 7-day free trial on the plan they choose. A card is required at sign-up and you are not charged until day 8. Cancel anytime before then. The subscription renews monthly unless cancelled.

Pair with the free Cosy Staff app so your team can view rotas, payslips and complete their training on their own phones.

Your floor, on screen.
Tables now open as a live floor plan of your venue your rooms, your bar, your
patio, laid out the way they really are. Colours show at a glance what's free,
who's seated and where a bill is still open, and the guest's name sits on the
table so anyone can pick up the section. Tap a table to open it exactly as
before, or switch back to the grid whenever you prefer it.

Know your margins.
Every menu item now shows its profit margin beside the price, worked out from
your own recipes and cost prices. Items with no cost recorded are flagged, so
nothing on your menu sells blind.

Suppliers, simplified.
Supplier cards now lead with what you owe and the stock value behind it, with
purchase bills and unpaid inventory brought together in one place.

Plus refinements throughout the app.
