Many services aren’t listed. When writing a text note to describe the report, the font is white on a white background. I feel dismayed that taxpayer dollars went to a product like this. Please bring this app to a basic standard, because it is below average as it is now.

Two of the items under report does not show. Only can report graffiti and shopping cart.  I have uninstalled and installed this app several times.

When launched the app states that I need a better network. I'm currently using cable Wi-Fi, also tried LTE with no success.

I blocked the location on the first startup and now the app keeps on throwing errors that it can not determine location! Unable to get it to read location ever since Not very well written.

There needs to be one for: homeless encampment. Noise complaints. Pet noise. Tree trimming/planting.
