The app only displays info about a motorcycle race 3 months ago. Not a word about concerts or upcoming events. ### 1/5 — Non responsive-Needs work *2023-10-20, version 14.0.1* Trying to find seats and maps fails to load and immediately sends you back to chat mode. Very no responsive in other areas. I called my CC company just to be sure the tickets were charged and yes they were! Ridiculous!!!! ### 1/5 — Useless app *2022-03-26, version 9.0* I am literally looking at my seats on the Ticketmaster website and it’s saying the tickets are on the cota app. I download this useless app and it’s neither in my Ticketmaster account or my cota account. CTRL+ALT+DELTE this app and fire the company who designed it. ### 1/5 — Must use the app for entry. *2021-11-28, version 9.0* The email i got said I had to use this to get in. Good thing i took screenshots of the qr code tickets. The app would not load at the venue. There were too many people on it and it could not handle the load. Worthless app do not download. Screenshot your QR codes or save to apple wallet. Do not bother downloading this. If there is another venue close with the same show, go there. The whole cota experience was dreadful. 2 hours to park. No staff when needed. Idiots were standing in the entry way, making you think the area was full. It was not full, if you pushed your way through the idiots there were giant open fields where no one was standing. Staff did not do their job. Basic entry path enforcement. 100’s of people turned around or jumped the fence to go to silver instead of bronze. The logistics were a nightmare. Top issues: 1) pedal bikes, golf carts, and EMS vehicles on the walkway in = disaster. Dangerous, unpleasant, irritating. COTA needs to separate the light vehicles and pedestrians. Even with that walkway narrow. 2) The shuttle buses grind to a halt at every busy corner. The roadway is far too narrow and not separated from pedestrians. Even saw a gentleman in a wheelchair in between the buses. 3) Entrance gates - TINY. At turn 11 only 3 gates, even the biggest gate had 10 lanes. 4) Access to racetrack is ironic - for a racetrack in the middle of farmland it’s bizarrely difficult to access - ubers/lyfts (thousands of them) are navigating a 1+1 country road on McAngus. F1 might want to consider dropping COTA and just racing x2 in Singapore or some place that can handle the event. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2018-10-17, version 6.0* Anticipated I would be able to access my account and have mobile phone access to my tickets. Half the links don’t actually do their function, the “back” to your previous page is completely broken and nonexistent without an app closure, and the menus aren’t always visible unless you access another submenu somewhere.
