This update is all about scanning — accuracy and speed.

• Cards that used to come back as "not recognised" now work. When your device can't read a card confidently, Cotémon asks our AI to take a second look (needs a connection — you can turn it off in Settings).
• Scanning is faster, and the screen now tells you what it's doing while it works.
• Card names that scan slightly wrong are corrected automatically.
• When we still can't be sure, you get a short list of close matches instead of a dead end.
• A failed scan no longer uses up one of your free scans.
• New: a torch toggle for scanning in badly lit shops.
• Fixed: Pro sometimes needed a manual Restore to activate.

Everything else — prices, sets and your collection — works exactly as before.

See what any card is worth — not just the ones you already own.

While browsing a set or a Pokémon, tap a card to open it and see its Cardmarket and TCGplayer price. Tap the + badge on a card to add it to your collection in one tap.

Also in this update: scanning is more accurate, so fewer cards come back as the wrong card.

Cotémon is now available in Dutch.

The camera permission request is translated into every language the app supports, instead of always appearing in English.

We also ask for your rating far less often — and never twice on the same day.
