## What is COTG?

Credentials On The GO (COTG) puts your company-published employee credentials on your iPhone or iPad. See your assigned training and certificate status, open approved proof, and share a temporary view of your records for an on-site inspection.
YOUR WORKDAY WALLET
View your employee profile and assigned training, ordered by status. Quickly find records that are current, expiring soon, expired, pending approval, or missing proof. Check completion and expiration dates where your company has provided them.
APPROVED PROOF AT HAND
Read company-approved PDF and image certificates in the app. Zoom into proof and navigate PDF pages. Use your device's mail composer to send an approved certificate as an attachment. A configured mail account is required; emailed copies reflect the record when retrieved.

TEMPORARY AUDITOR ACCESS
Generate a QR code that an auditor can scan with their camera. The code opens a view of your name, photo, company, assigned training statuses, and approved evidence. Access expires after 15 minutes, and you can stop sharing sooner. Anyone with the code can view those records while the share is active.

COMPANY ACCESS
Sign in with the Company ID, Employee ID, and password supplied by your company administrator. On supported devices, Face ID or Touch ID can unlock a returning session. Your company publishes and maintains the records shown in your wallet. Contact your administrator for access, password resets, or record corrections.

FIVE UI LANGUAGES
Choose English, Spanish, French, Greek, or Italian. Company records and original certificate evidence remain in their original language.

COTG requires an existing employee account with a participating company and an internet connection to retrieve and verify records. It provides a read-only view of company-published records; training courses and administrative tools are managed outside the mobile app. Record status reflects the information your company has published and does not guarantee eligibility or regulatory compliance.
