It's about 1 min. They waste the entire time confirming information you entered in at least twice to three times at that point. You get absolutely NOTHING from it. They want you to pay. It's a total and complete scam from India. Most of the times due to technical glitch calls drop in between a session or doesn’t even get connected but money deducts. I literally did a recharge of 2000/- and even after that couldn’t speak to a tarot reader. Immediately raised a refund and emailed their customer care team. It’s been 4 days nobody responded. No refund has been initiated. I have been following up everyday. Pathetic service.
