It's about 1 min. They waste the entire time confirming information you entered in at least twice to three times at that point. You get absolutely NOTHING from it. They want you to pay. My suggestion- There should be an option to skip the registration if one wants to just scroll up all kind of activities, people and other stuff available inside. I closed the app and reopened. There, in Aadhar info, it is asking for 12 digit no. But you should ask for last 4 digits only (for security reasons). Also, the prompt to allow camera came only once. Most of the times due to technical glitch calls drop in between a session or doesn’t even get connected but money deducts. I literally did a recharge of 2000/- and even after that couldn’t speak to a tarot reader. Immediately raised a refund and emailed their customer care team. It’s been 4 days nobody responded. No refund has been initiated. I have been following up everyday. Pathetic service.
