I’d make a new account but can’t use my phone number because it’s in the system already. Hopefully someone fixes it quick. I tried resetting my password, but no email comes. However, it ENRAGES me that I have a store selected before I begin my order, and it shows in the upper right corner the WHOLE time, but I still have to scroll through three or four screens of store locations to RESELECT the store I’ve had selected the entire time. Trying to enter my name and number says my info is already in use. Cannot exit screen. Cannot crash out of app. Must delete app and return to begin again. When using the email and password combo, says password incorrect when using browser or regular email login path. Stopped ordering from here because i can’t access my account or rewards and it’s become too much of a pain. ### 1/5 — Used to work *2024-02-24, version 2.1* I opened the app today and it acted like I was setting up as a new customer. There was no way out of this screen. Restarting either the app or my phone did not resolve this. My favorite dessert is apple pie pizza. We don’t order from any other pizza place. Not just straight to delivery or pickup menu. Overall great app besides that. I'm not adding anything to my order that I don't know how much it costs. And your users don't always want to make an order. I just want to browse the menu, look at the prices, then decide if I want to make an order. There's no option for this. And even if I just fake an order, I don't know what the prices are apparently until I go to check out. (I'm assuming this part because I didn't get past the list of products since they weren't priced.) Just give your users a menu. Not all of us are regular customers. Also, why do I have to specify the location every time? What's the point of picking a "favorite" if it's not going to default to it, and if it can't pull the prices up when I do eventually say I'm going to make an order? Horrible design and interface. I pick my son up from work everyday, and there is a Cottage Inn right by there. Would have been nice to open the app and see if there was something that looked good to me. I'll be going somewhere else. Efficiency and Speed are very important. This app allows for neither. ### 1/5 — Nearly Unusable *2026-01-21, version 2.4* The app glitches, you can’t add debit payments or credit cards ### 1/5 — Love the pizza…hate the app and website. *2025-05-22, version 2.4* One star for the pizza—zero stars for the app. This is hands-down the worst app I’ve used in years. If you’re hoping it’s better than the website…don’t. It’s just a wrapper around the same clunky site, and somehow it’s worse. Why are there two separate logins? And why do I have to repeatedly accept privacy policies just to order a pizza? Sell pizza, not my personal info. I live in Grand Rapids, but for some reason, the app thinks I’m in Ann Arbor-every single time. Even after placing six orders, it still makes me scroll through a list of every location in Michigan just to get to mine. Meanwhile, it shows “Grand Rapids” at the top the whole time. It’s a UX disaster. Whoever is maintaining this site/app is doing you dirty. It’s not just outdated—it wouldn’t have been acceptable 15 years ago. Fire your dev team and start over. That said… fantastic pizza. I’ll keep coming back despite the tech. Please fix this and I’ll change my rating. ### 1/5 — Not working *2025-02-10, version 2.4* One day it updated my app and now I can’t sign in and when I try it says my phone number is already taken. It says my phone number is already in use and I know I have an account. Put in my accurate info and get told my phone number is already in use.
