It also doesn’t have a special requests or notes box on the order page. Please fix this and I’ll happily leave a 5 star review. ### 3/5 — Where are the oat milk options? *2026-06-15* The app is nice, but the lack of oat and alternative milks means I can’t really place an order. To the people who run the business: this isn’t Asia. In the US coffee culture of 2026, alternative milk is much more popular than regular milk in major cities. After refreshing and closing the app and redoing everything after signup and log in, etc etc… no coupon or voucher was given and I still had to pay full price. the devs need to fix this. Especially for a big coffee company like this is very bad customer service. Fake app and company! Where is my coupon????
