I have to reset my password all the time because it won’t save the new password. Not recording points on sale items is ridiculous and such a scam. When there are sales on the app it won’t show up on items I add to my cart and I have to go onto the webpage version instead. Gives me codes that the app won’t even accept when it’s for the app. Absolutely sick of this app I don’t know anyone who doesn’t have the same issues and they have had the same issues for years now and don’t seem to care nor will they fix it. I then select ‘active tops’ and it takes you to a page with 2 sets of underwear and a bikini top ?? I try to sign in to collect my perks rewards and the app continues to tell me that I am incorrect when inputting my password. I have now reset my password FOURTEEN times yet it still continues to tell me that I am incorrect. ### 1/5 — ANNOYING BUG!!! *2026-06-21, version 2.11.2* It is constantly, and I mean constantly, doing security verifications. I can no longer navigate the app it literally pops up for every page you open and sometimes goes on a never ending loop of verifying??? Also it’s having issues and not letting me sign back in all of a sudden so that’s great. Has been like this for years. ### 1/5 — Man this app is awful *2026-05-18, version 2.11.1* Seriously nothing works on this app. My first problem is that you don't get any details about your order until it ships. This is the first and only store I know of that does that. And apparently you can't even login to check your order at all lol the "purchases" tab only opens up a login page even after you've logged in already and then the "login" button simply doesn't work at all. This is also the only website/app I've ever seen to not have a "back" button at all. If you want to see the previous page you were on, you have to go back to "home" and put in all your filters and scroll through the pages again which is super annoying. Also super annoyingly, the app resets if you open another app even for just a half second ### 1/5 — Diabolical app. Fire who ever designed this. *2026-05-15, version 2.11.1* Constantly lags and freezes. Logs you out every time you close the app. Clears your basket constantly. It takes you back to the home page - not the search page - when browsing items so you have to re-search every single individual item. There’s a favourites page but you can’t even access the items on it, you have to go through the main search page. No klarna pay later options. Just a terrible terrible app. ### 1/5 — No US Option? *2026-05-10, version 2.9.0* There is no option to ship to the United States or in store pickup, but the website itself allows it. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2026-05-06, version 2.9.0* I downloaded this app and it said choose your country but there were no countries it was a blank white screen white just that text… every one is right just use the website dont bother ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work at all *2026-05-04, version 2.9.0* When trying to sign into my account it all buggy and then the cookies pop up comes up and blocks the whole page and doesn’t function correctly. Also I’ve been trying to process a refund and the button just doesn’t seem to work. I don’t even want to open the app anymore. Browsing is too hard, when you search or click on something it opens 4 black white pages and doesn’t load. However, this app is terrible. It’s constantly lagging, signing me out, and reopening a page over and over again. SHIPPING takes so freaking long as well. you get no order updates apart from “in progress” ### 1/5 — 0 Star *2026-08-20, version 2.11.3* Honestly the worst shopping app I have ever dealt with. Tell me why my cart is empty, but only once I actually press on it? I have spent the last I don’t even know how long on putting up with the repeat of: add my TWO items to cart, app tells me they have been added, seeing the number 2 on the cart icon, just for it to say ‘cart empty’ every time I press it. And to add, only ‘girls’ and ‘unisex’ options to gender filter baby clothes? And even after I pressed unisex, it still gave me nothing but bright pink and flowery clothes until I scrolled for no joke 10 minutes. My little man deserves more ‘boyish’ clothes, and his mumma deserves to be able to select ‘boys’ when specifying bub’s gender and trying to shop in a rush. ### 1/5 — Worst shopping app! *2026-08-04, version 2.11.3* This app is horrible. It’s horrifically glitchy. The search engine doesn’t work. Whenever I try and search for something. It suddenly opens about 20 tabs of the same thing over and over again and I have to constantly swipe out of it. It also randomly deletes my car or logs me out. It specifically always logged me out whenever I go to place an order so that I don’t get any of the points with perks. This app is so frustrating and hard to scroll on you’re better off using the website! ### 1/5 — The WORST Shopping App *2026-07-26, version 2.11.3* There are countless issues with this app, from using other platforms for years this has been such a nightmare experience in comparison - feels like you’re using an outdated interface or one that is genuinely BADLY coded. From the way it constantly crashes to the way you can’t look at a single piece of clothing and just hit the back button without sending the whole search engine into a freak out. Have to re-do all of your specific filter searches every time you click a specific product instead of just adding to cart on the initial search page. Completely. I try to search for an in-store pickup address, the whole thing bugs out and I have no choice but to exit checkout.
