You interface absolutely sucks. There is no search feature and often you have to enter the item a second time for it to be accepted. 

Of course, since you’re under new management, the higher ups have no experience and will do everything to go out of business. This goes on while the local staff suffers.

The CEO should read “The Peter Principle” while looking in the mirror.
