Every address, which I checked showed wrong information. The real tax is much more.
It's not good idea to trust on this app.

I’m a mortgage broker, and I was using this app to help find the estimated cost of my clients new properties. Worked a few times, then tells me I’ve run out of searches.

I downloaded the app and immediately tried my first search. This gave me a pop-up saying “Too many searches, come back tomorrow”. Conclusion: absolutely useless app!

Don’t waste your time. 

I’ve been looking for flats to move in, for a couple of days now; happily checking the council tax for each one.
I reckon I must have checked the taxes for only about a dozen flats, thus far. 

Unbeknownst to me and surely to many others, the app is now telling me I should come back tomorrow because I’ve reached search number limit? Uh? No other explanation...

This is the type of thing that makes or breaks an app and reputation of a developer. 
Maybe this should be made clear upon downloading of the app?

Very very disappointing. 

Given the expectations created and the immensely practical use case of the app, being blocked by a limit without any pre-warning is absolutely unacceptable at this day and age.

Deleting the app.
