Thank you, Counsel Health! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Terrible app, SCAM *2026-04-03, version 1.1.0* They charged me a couple times and I never got advice from a doctor, plus the app barely works ### 1/5 — Bad medical advice *2025-11-23* I signed up for this service thinking it would be an awesome AI doctor. In reality, it’s worse than ChatGPT and doesn’t actually give you good care. This app is all chat based care. They don’t know who you are. No video or personal relationship with a provider. The AI gives medical advice that actually prolonged my symptoms. After not recovering, I spoke to a REAL doctor and realized that Counsel was giving me very bad medical advice about a GI issue. I then asked ChatGPT the exact same questions I asked Counsel and it gave me the same advice my non-Counsel doctor gave me but with even more precise and actionable next steps. I followed ChatGPT’s advice and was back to 100% in 2 days after a week of worsening suffering using Counsel. This app is horrible and the FDA should really investigate it for giving bad medical advice. ### 1/5 — don’t download unless you were “invited” to use this app *2024-04-19, version 0.1.11* I thought how wonderful this app sounded. i might actually get some kind of feedback that my doctors had missed!! a new second opinion from another source for free?! how wonderful! ha! too good to be true, of course! i went through the menu, which was very throrough and actually sounded pretty helpful. then i got a one line answer from the doctor stating that i needed to be invited by someone and basically i was not so this app is a crock of no good unless you are the special few who have this special golden ticket in. go figure. ### 5/5 — An excellent resource *2026-07-06, version 1.1.0* Wow!
