### 4/5 — Helpful for staying focused

*2025-09-07, version 1.3*

I’m really happy with the app, widgets and the option of having it on Home Screen help me stay focused on the task, the only thing I wish for is the option to have the tally reset everyday instead of having to do it manually.

### 5/5 — Fantastic

*2025-07-06, version 1.3*

I’ve been using this app for a while and just wanted to write a review because it’s so rare to find a great free app that’s not spamming you with ads or IAP.

I use the app to track exercise sets over the course of the week. I have a widget set up for each different type of exercise, and that’s sit. Simple. Get the job done. I love it. Bravo

### 5/5 — Beautiful, sleek, and easy to use

*2025-07-05, version 1.3*

I’ve tried many counter apps before, however none of them were as good at this one. It has a wonderful interface, is simpler than a lot of other counter apps, and I dare say is full of genuine love for it by its creator. I truly hope that people support those like you who take time and effort out of their day and lives to make these things for us.

Cause making apps for apple devices can be difficult. And in general, app making is a lot of work. So, to end it off before I go on a tangent—genuinely love the design, love how it’s simple, doesn’t shove adverts down my throat, doesn’t need my data to sell to the hotdog stand worker down the street, and is genuinely more creative than like- 80% of the counter apps on the Apple Store.

### 5/5 — Wow free?!!

*2025-05-08, version 1.2.1*

How could this awesome simple yet powerful little app be free?!!! God bless you, dev!

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2025-05-02, version 1.2.1*

Very simple with all the features specially the ability to override default screen timeout.

### 5/5 — Fun app to workout with

*2025-04-26, version 1.2.1*

I use this app to keep track of my sets when I workout. The app is very easy to setup. I find it fun to see the animations during and after competitions. The app has a fun widget

### 5/5 — Best Counter Ever

*2025-04-25, version 1.2.1*

Very fun and I love it, thank you so much for creating this. I love you💜

### 5/5 — Fantastic

*2025-04-23, version 1.2.1*

Fantastic app. A count limit greater than 32.000 would be great though

### 5/5 — Thank you

*2025-04-05, version 1.2.1*

Just what I was looking for

### 5/5 — Awesome counter, one suggestion.

*2025-04-05, version 1.2.1*

Thank you very much for this awesome counter that you made free for us.
It’s very useful for me, I download it for twelve members of my family and they love it, we use it to count and keep adhkār which are a collection of duʿās and remembrances of Allah.
We are thinking of making videos on how to use this app for adhkār and then we will publish it in social media, like facebook and YouTube.

May Allah give you happiness in this life and after!

One feature I wish if it can be added; an option for automatically daily reset counters, for those who wish to enable this option, like those who are using this app for daily adhkār.

Another thing, some of my family members they don’t have apple devices, so I tried to search for this app in the play store for android devices, but couldn’t find it, would it be created in the future for android users?

### 3/5 — Great App!

*2025-03-30, version 1.2.1*

Amazing! But I think it should also include custom colors. Please take it seriously.

### 5/5 — Review for Count On Me App

*2025-02-20, version 1.2.1*

Count On Me is a fantastic app with a simple yet powerful tallying system. The interface is user-friendly, and it works smoothly without any issues. What truly sets it apart is the exceptional customer support provided by the author—responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to improving the app. I appreciate the effort put into making it a reliable tool, and I hope to see the tally ceiling expanded to accommodate much higher numbers in future updates. Highly recommended!

### 5/5 — just perfect!

*2025-02-16, version 1.2.1*

simple, customisable and aesthetically pleasing

### 5/5 — An almost perfect app!

*2025-02-09, version 1.2.1*

I was searching for a simple tallying app, and all but this app fell far short. This app keeps everything simple, has great feedback options, and just works. I go for elegant UIs, and this app excels at what it’s supposed to do to awhile keeping things simple - along the lines of Unix utilities. Kudos to the author!!! Plus, free and no ads; whats not to like? Thanks very much!

### 5/5 — Awesome app

*2025-01-10, version 1.2.1*

Almost perfect
Only improvement would be to have option of smaller widget of narrow long widget

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — I CANT

*2024-12-28, version 1.2.1*

I CANT GET MORE THAN 32,767

### 1/5 — Widget doesn't work anymore

*2024-07-17, version 1.2*

I gotta find a new counter. I've been waiting for for an update to fix this widget but it's been months now and I'm sick of waiting. You can't reset the counter on the widget, you have to delete the widget and readd it. If you accidentally click the counter, you have to delete the entire widget and readd it. So annoying.

### 1/5 — looks good but limited use

*2024-06-20, version 1.2*

it takes three taps to count anything (select, add, back) and only goes up to 10. very nice ui though

### 2/5 — Missing features

*2024-05-02, version 1.1*

Interesting app but zero widget capability. Not useful for my application Deleting

App works fine but the widget does not seem to exist. Does not show up as an option in widgets- so I cannot use it

### 2/5 — Missing features

*2024-04-29*

Interesting app but zero widget capability.
Not useful for my application
Deleting

**Developer response:** Could you elaborate on what you mean by “zero widget capability”? The whole app is intended to be a simple, large button to count and the widget does exactly that, nothing more, nothing less.

If the app does not meet your requirements, you probably want to download another app. That doesn’t mean that the app is bad at what it’s supposed to do or at what it advertises on the App Store.

### 3/5 — Only missing one thing

*2025-08-16, version 1.3*

This is a great application that is just missing one thing: the ability to reset/decrease individual counters in the multi-counter view (could it be done with double-clicks or a long press menu?). If you don’t need that, you’re golden - I need it so for the time being using another app.

### 3/5 — This app can be great…

*2025-07-05, version 1.3*

A few things missing.
1. Add a different pattern buzzing vibration when goal is reached, so it’s obvious, as users are not looking at the screen often.

2. Give an option to remove the ring. And change the font to be extremely subtle. Aka something which just sits on a very dark screen, no ring and a slight grey thin large number, and 80% of screen can be touchable to counter. Reason is to have a discrete counter.

I would boost the rating based on there two features/improvements.

Thank you for this cool add free app.

Update:
My current rating reflects today’s experience with the app. I encountered several issues that prompted me to leave detailed constructive feedback for improvement (as an experienced Uxer). As someone who regularly uses Tally apps, I’ve seen better alternatives and believe this product still has room to grow, has potential. I’ve since switched to a more reliable app. It’s up to the developers whether to act on user feedback or dismiss it, but consistent improvement (or lack thereof) directly impacts user ratings over time.

### 3/5 — Pretty but manual numeric input didn’t work

*2025-06-17, version 1.2.1*

I want to use this for large numbers, but have to manually use + or -, the manual numeric input is broken. If this gets fixed I’ll increase review.

### 3/5 — Needs an easy way to lower the count

*2025-05-04, version 1.2.1*

I would’ve liked to use this app to track an HP count for a board game, but it doesn’t really allow for both raising and lowering the counter. You basically have to choose between either one.
I would really like it if I could swipe down to lower the counter on the widget and the “all counters” screen, instead of having to click on each individually to lower them.

Edit: The developer has stated that swiping a widget is impossible, so it is not a feature that can be added.

### 3/5 — Needs an easy way to lower the count

*2025-04-18*

I would’ve liked to use this app to track an HP count for a board game, but it doesn’t really allow for both raising and lowering the counter. You basically have to choose between either one.
I would really like it if I could swipe down to lower the counter on the widget and the “all counters” screen, instead of having to click on each individually to lower them.

**Developer response:** You can do that on the single counter screen.

There is a very simple reason why it doesn’t work on widgets and on the “all counters” screen: those screens are scrollable, so the gestures “swipe up” and “swipe down” are already taken by another action.

For that reason, you won’t find any iOS widget that supports swipe gestures. The operating system simply doesn’t allow it. Swiping up on the home screen opens search & Siri suggestions, the customizable widget screen on the left is vertically scrollable.

So this is not a limitation of the app, it’s a conceptual problem that cannot be solved technically.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Brilliant

*2026-05-07, version 1.4.3*

What a fantastic app, just what I was looking for! Thank you 🤍 Only thing I would like to see is the option to sort your counters in whatever order you like.

### 5/5 — Idea/s

*2026-03-29, version 1.4.3*

It’s a good app, but I wish you could delete all your counters at once, instead of one by one, and I wish you could organize your counters into groups, and there’ll be no limit.

### 5/5 — Simple and reliable

*2026-03-16, version 1.4.3*

I needed a counter to keep track of fast repetitive tasks at work and it’s perfect for that. Also. It makes a fun sound, so life is pretty good

### 5/5 — Exactly what I was looking for and no monthly fee!

*2026-02-13, version 1.4.2*

Such an awesome app. Easy to use and looks great. I’d love to see a history option for each tally because sometimes I can’t tell if I already tallied it, but apart from that it’s great!

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2025-11-19, version 1.4*

Easy to use, clean, no ads, does exactly what it says on the tin 👍

### 5/5 — lightweight and beautiful

*2025-10-22, version 1.4*

Really appreciate no-telemetry apps like this. This guy knows how to design a polished UI.

Minor bug on the current version: Changing steps/goals through the keyboard and then pressing "Done" does not save the settings. Need to press enter/return to dismiss the keyboard first.

Thanks again for the app!

### 5/5 — Great App

*2025-09-11, version 1.3*

I really love this app — it’s super creative and one of the best tally apps I’ve used. The interface is simple and fun, and it makes tracking so much easier.

(I raised my review higher. I saw a fix in a different review. Developer states that you have to push return after typing in the number, and then push done.)

The only issue I’ve run into is when setting larger goals. If I type in a number (like 10,000) and hit “done,” the app doesn’t save that number. Instead, it reverts back to the last number I manually tapped or got to by holding the + button. That makes setting bigger goals harder than it needs to be, since typing should save the number instantly.

If that could be fixed in an update, this app would be perfect. Thanks for all the work you put into it!

### 5/5 — The best

*2025-08-02, version 1.3*

Fantastic thanks

### 5/5 — Free. No Ads. No Data collected

*2025-07-23, version 1.3*

Those three mean a lot these days for any app. I’m surprised there are developers like this who actually contribute to the benefit of mankind in a truly altruistic way.

### 5/5 — Wonderful!

*2025-07-09, version 1.3*

This is such a clean and simple counter app! I’ve used it to get out of bad habits by counting the days I’ve abstained, and it’s been so helpful. Every time I was tempted, I’d just open the app and look at how far I’d come. Exceptional motivation. Thank you, Ms. Hildebrand!
