## What is Countasty Partner?

Countasty Partner is the app for restaurants, cafés and home kitchens that sell on Countasty. It puts your live orders, your menu and your money in your pocket, so your team can work fast without sitting at a computer.

NEVER MISS AN ORDER
• New orders arrive instantly with a sound and an alert, even while you're busy in the kitchen
• Orders are grouped by what needs doing: new, in the kitchen, ready for pickup and out for delivery
• See the full ticket at a glance: items, options, add-ons, customer notes and how they paid

ONE TAP FOR EVERY STEP
• Accept or reject a new order (with a reason, so the customer knows why)
• Set the cooking time so the customer sees when their food will be ready
• Mark food as ready and the rider knows it's time to come
• Hand takeaway orders to the customer with their pickup code
• Follow each order on a simple timeline, from placed to delivered
• Recurring subscription orders are clearly marked, with their schedule

YOUR KITCHEN AT A GLANCE
• Open or close your restaurant to new orders with one switch
• Today's earnings, plus this week, this month and all time
• Live counts of new, cooking and ready orders
• Order totals for today, this week and this month

YOUR MENU, ON YOUR PHONE
• Sold out of something? Switch the dish off in a second, and back on when it's ready
• Search your whole menu quickly

KNOW WHERE YOUR MONEY IS
• Your balance ready to withdraw, explained in plain words
• Total earned, already withdrawn, pending payouts and cash in hand
• Your payout history and its status
