It's great. Only thing missing for me would be a function to duplicate a whole workout so one has not to start from scratch. Also the rest timer should also be able to set to 0 seconds or greater than 60. 
different sounds for grips and sets would be nice and a control to set the remaining time before the sound goes off. Great work already though!
