Clicking on the iOS support page on their website brings up an error. I set the date using the wheel. Click save. Go back to the main countdown screen, the time has NOT changed. Repeat. And Repeat. Try changing the time. Same problem. The date and time wheels seem to SNAP to numbers at random. And I’m trying to create an account but when I hit “sign up”it tells me my email or password is invalid. I pressed the option to watch a video for “one time use” of an image, but when I pressed it, absolutely nothing happened. I went to press cancel and out of nowhere, an option came up to purchase the birthday images. As I went to force close the app, it scanned my finger print and took 99p out of my account. Absolutely furious that it glitches out and then took a payment against my will. 😡 The app has now been deleted and I would not recommend to anyone.
