And I’m trying to create an account but when I hit “sign up”it tells me my email or password is invalid. I can’t log in to my account because of a “bad gateway.” which is frustrating because your are the easiest app to use for what I need please get this fixed as soon as you can. ### 3/5 — Problems opening app *2018-02-09* I’ve had the app a couple of years and upgraded to a paid version. Unfortunately when I open the app it skips from my countdowns to another page asking me to set it up. It’s annoying to have to open it several times to get the correct home screen. ### 2/5 — it keeps crashing *2016-11-11, version 4.1.1* I will be on the app for 10 seconds and then it will crash. This should have been mentioned in the description for the app functionality. I love the countdown number on the home screen. Great to see all of my upcoming events at a glance. I just wish you could easily add people to your event. Would also be nice to link to the iPhone's calendar. ### 1/5 — Frustrated with updated version *2015-03-09, version 3.0* I use this app on a regular basis and used to enjoy it until I updated to the new version that supports iPhone 6 (which from all I can tell just made all the print smaller and harder to read). Now every time I open the app I get a pop up that says "notifications are disabled". Yes, I know that!! I got tired of being woken up at midnight when the app dinged 3 days before an event. Clicking on the iOS support page on their website brings up an error. I set the date using the wheel. Click save. Go back to the main countdown screen, the time has NOT changed. Repeat. And Repeat. Try changing the time. Same problem. The date and time wheels seem to SNAP to numbers at random. I pressed the option to watch a video for “one time use” of an image, but when I pressed it, absolutely nothing happened. I went to press cancel and out of nowhere, an option came up to purchase the birthday images. As I went to force close the app, it scanned my finger print and took 99p out of my account. Absolutely furious that it glitches out and then took a payment against my will. 😡 The app has now been deleted and I would not recommend to anyone.
