There is a bug with the setting for the event date. If it is not hidden, it seems to not display accurately. Could this be added? ### 2/5 — Not 100% Since Recent Update *2019-02-04, version 6.3* Toolbar will not appear on screen. Letters will not appear on screen. All of this even after touching the screen. Only the selected image shows and nothing else. **Developer response:** Tapping on screen once should hide/display the toolbar. As far as I can tell the event title & time remaining should only ever be hidden when positioning the Event backdrop picture. ### 2/5 — Clunky *2017-07-08, version 5.1* Seems more interested in what picture you associate with what event than actually managing events. Still can't work out how to renew a recurring event after its date has passed. The pay feature simply covers the ads with a bright purple block. The two other apps I used on my phone will no longer be supported so I had to search for replacement. I tried a couple then gave this app a go on the phone. Duh, I had the perfect app all along. Now I only need one app to place the previous two. Perfect but only 4 stars? Well almost perfect then. No cloud sync between iPhone and iPad. I was using the app to not only count down future events but keep track of time from events passed. All old event were deleted with last update. Lame glitch. Why would I want an alarm for something in six months time ! ### 1/5 — Updates Delete Your Previous Entries *2021-12-31, version 9.0* Recommend not using this app cause if you spend hours and hours entering important dates to events they will ALL be deleted with an update of the app. Not reasonable as there is no way to save previous entries and to top it off the charge you to use the app now and say you can restore but you can’t. Again, recommend you DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!! As far as I can tell the event title & time remaining should only ever be hidden when positioning the Event backdrop picture. ### 5/5 — Counting down *2023-03-15* I have used it several times to count down to important events. I like the variety of ways to countdown, days or months, weeks, hours, etc. once the events passes it then counts time since the event. You can upload the background of your choice. Simple and it works. ### 5/5 — Still Used A Lot *2022-08-22* I upgraded my phone but could not restore the purchase. The owner worked with me but could not be resolved. Which is ok, it’s reasonably priced at 99¢ I purchased it again. What a huge difference! Not only do you get the extra options but the images are crystal clear. Would like to be able to change the font when you select days only. Would also like to see total number of days on one line and if select weeks months, etc. would show up on the next line spaced out. This way you can see actual #of days, but also what it equates to number of weeks, number of hours, etc. ### 5/5 — I love this app! *2016-09-19, version 4.3* When asked when I plan to retire, I pull out this app and give them the exact time. Having my own picture in the background is a plus along with alerts with the number of days left.
