In a world of useless monthly subscription apps, this one you can buy for 0.99 once and you’re done. It has calorie/macro tracking, weight tracking, syncs with Apple Health, and more. The only things I would like integrated as well would be (1) a metric/imperial units selection (centimeters cs. inches, mL to oz, etc.) and (2) custom serving names/sizes, not just grams. Only reason it isn’t five stars!

Great news on both of your asks: a metric and imperial unit setting (kg, cm, mL or lb, ft, oz) and custom serving names and sizes ("1 slice", "1 scoop", not just grams) are built and coming in the next update.
