Fixed
• The Rate Counted button now opens the App Store review page every time.
• Notification reminders can be enabled from Settings even if you skipped them during onboarding.
• Reminder scheduling now settles cleanly without unnecessary rescheduling.

• The rating prompt waits until your second return after onboarding and adding someone, so it appears at a more thoughtful moment.
