Great app for all ages and levels of boxing as well as fitness! Coach Max is excellent and very diligent about fundamentals.

This app has been a game changer for my home workouts. It’s super user-friendly, the boxing routines are fun and effective, and I actually look forward to training now. Make sure you buy the trackers — they’re awesome and take the experience to a whole new level. Highly recommended for anyone into fitness or learning boxing at home!
