## What is Counterweight?

We combine the science of meal replacements with the latest behaviour change techniques to help you lose weight fast, make long-term changes to your behaviours, and start leading a healthier life.

The Counterweight programme is designed to help you with:

We use Apple HealthKit to integrate your health data with your patient profile and for you to visualise under the My Progress section. This includes sending us information about your:
