## What is CountingLonely?

How many days have you been single?

Counting Lonely Days turns that quiet question into something you can hold: a simple counter, a private journal, and a calm space that belongs only to you.

THE COUNTER
Pick the day it started. From then on the number is waiting when you open the app — one day, one hundred, three hundred. Changed your mind? Restart the count whenever you want.

A PRIVATE JOURNAL
Write a reflection about the day, tag how it felt — Peaceful, Solitude, Reflective, Hopeful, Calm, Growth — and attach photos from your library or camera. Every entry lands on a timeline you can scroll back through, edit, or delete.

A GENTLE DAILY CHECK-IN
Once a day the app asks how you are doing. Pick a feeling, add a thought if you have one, or skip it. Nothing to protect, no guilt for missing a day.

WHEN THE WORDS DO NOT COME
Prompts like "What made you smile today?" give you somewhere to start.

SHARE YOUR STREAK
Turn your day count into a card — Minimal, Sunrise, or Night — and send it to whoever you want. Or keep it to yourself. Both are fine.

APP LOCK
A 4-digit PIN keeps your journal yours.

DAY AND NIGHT
The palette follows the hour: light through the day, dark after sunset.

FOUR LANGUAGES
English, Tiếng Việt, 日本語, 中文.

BUILT FOR IPHONE AND IPAD
The same journal, laid out for whichever screen you are holding.

YOUR WRITING STAYS WITH YOU
Journal entries, feelings and photos are stored on your device. There is no account to create and no sign-in, and your entries are never sent to our servers. The app does show ads and uses anonymous analytics and crash reports so it can keep improving — neither one ever includes your journal text or your photos.

NOT A MEDICAL APP
Counting Lonely Days is a tool for self-reflection, not a substitute for professional mental health care. If loneliness or low mood is weighing on you, please reach out to a qualified professional.

Some days you count. Some days you write. Maybe one day the number stops — and you will have the whole story of how you got there.
