The app dings you for speeding 4 seconds! Ridiculous. Also, my dog jumped on the front seat landing of on my phone so I got a phone distraction ding. Specially stop signs, it will always flag my drives for hard braking for doing full 3-5 second stops even if I was traveling well under the speed limit beforehand. I feel like adding a sensitivity toggle is not an insane fix. I have a hybrid car that notes when I brake how much energy goes back to the battery. Hard braking results in low numbers but mine are generally 97% or more. The new update only goes back 30 days of history viewing now. So, I’m constantly having to stay on top of updating trips I didn’t even drive. The app has already miscalculated multiple trips that I wasn’t the driver of! Now I can’t even go back far enough to properly update it. I probably won’t continue using this app much longer. It’s not worth the savings or aggravation. ### 1/5 — Warning *2025-10-04, version 3.0.1* The new version of this app is horrible and is built to decrease your discount. I have used this app for almost a year now but in the last few days since the update has installed my discount has decreased over 5%. Over the last few years the rate/ discount has alternated high and low - WITHOUT any change in our driving habits. 17% -> 10% -> 20% -> 12% etc. Last year it was 22% and now 11%.
