They never actually show up. ### 3/5 — Insurance card in Apple wallet *2026-01-11, version 6.16.0* Looking at past reviews it’s been over four years since people have requested the ability to add their insurance card to Apple wallet for easy access yet there’s been no movement to add this feature. Other insurance companies have been doing it for years why can’t you? ### 1/5 — Needs Updating *2025-05-06, version 5.5.0* I cannot view my upcoming bill with a breakdown of pricing, which doesn’t help if you can’t remember the due date. There is also no function for it to use phone biometrics for facial recognition. I waited for an hour and called in finally just to find out nothing was on file or in place. Given there is no support for the app itself or any place to submit issues, this is literally the only way I can let you know of the bug in your app. Hopefully you can get this fixed and spare more people their time and frustration. ### 2/5 — Weird *2022-04-16, version 2.5.1* The app doesn’t allow you to edit your profile information. App is still very slow, and does not support password saving through the iPhone, or Face ID. Most current version only supports Touch ID, so if you have a phone newer than that, you can’t unlock the app unless you manually enter the username and password. It shows only Jan, Feb, Mar. Yesterday it only showed dates up to the 21st. I deleted the app yesterday and reinstalled the app today. Now the dates are 1 through 31, but the months are still Jan, Feb, Mar. I am running the latest OS on a brand new iPad. Tried it on my old iPad with latest OS and same result. Glad I found out at home instead of when I need to show proof of insurance on the side of the road.. ### 1/5 — Great company, terrible app *2026-04-16, version 7.3.0* I can’t delete old payment accounts from the app. I’ve had to actually label them for me so I know which one to use. It’d be nice if I could do it myself, or if it is already possible it’s not obvious enough.
