October issue is no where to be seen. Magsdirect say it’s not their problem and contact iTunes which I did. They say there is nothing wrong at there end. So who deals with app problems? No one! I see from other review I am not the only one experiencing this. Can someone help? ### 1/5 — They erase all your content without permission!!! *2021-08-06, version 6.0.20* Stay away from this app. The publishers feel entitled to erase all of your content from your device without your consent!!! I have been a subscriber of this magazine since July 2015 and ALL MY ISSUES WERE DELETED BY THE PUBLISHERS when they last updated their app. To add insult to injury, I can only redownload the issues that were published from 2019 onwards. EVERYTHING ELSE SEEMS TO BE LOST FOREVER!!! I have already contacted their in-app customer support and they don't even deign to reply! I want to see a grid of my issues and feel like I’m looking at a magazine, not a web page. If I wanted that, I look on the web, not take up space with an app. At that point, your app is pointless. It’s clumsy to navigate through as well.. I just finally had the opportunity to sit down and read it. Well, the magazine I purchased disappeared. I am 100% disappointed, and it will never happen again. From now on, I'll read an actual paper magazine that won't disappear. Followed all the steps to update app and still nothing. Also I will not renew if the developers insist on having us scroll up and down to read. I like reading a magazine in the traditional way from right to left and turning the page. Hope they can fix these major issues. At least give ppl the option to turn pages or scroll.
