The app is so busy with too many moving parts, making it super slow and often locking up.

The website needs attention… freezes, slow to load pages, frustrating. Was ready to buy from a different source whose site is smooth running & responsive.

Please make sure that you are also using a high-speed connection. We find that the app works best on wireless or 5G networks.
