You have to close it and open it to skip them. I used diamonds (you have to pay for) and watched adds to progress through the tour pass and it stopped allowing me to claim and gave me an error code and supports solution was try logging in on another apple or android device. I only have 1 one so the diamonds the time just gone. No help not compensation no nothing and then stopped responding. If you win 5 cards for another box they get change to deluxe cards and you only get 2. The wish cards should stay as is.
