I’d much prefer to maintain an electronic subscription - no paper waste and you can take the magazines with you easily wherever you go! But I often can’t access the new editions until WEEKS after the print version comes out and that is just frustrating! Today is the 27th July - and I know the print version of the August magazine had been on sale in shops for 2 weeks+ but I STILL cannot get this on my iPad (and it is an iPad Pro and I have all the relevant updates and a good internet connection). This simply isn’t good enough and I will not longer be subscribing to use this app! To add insult to this situation I have emailed CountryStyle Magazine directly for help and assistance - 5 days ago and no one has even bothered responding! Terrible service and a total lack of care for the consumer! ### 5/5 — Won’t restore purchases *2018-07-23* I love country style magazine but I’ve noticed that the new magazine didn’t show up in my app and that my previous 12 month issues purchases were no longer available to download. When I deleted and reinstalled the app I could no longer download the last issue I had downloaded and restore purchase did nothing. I followed all the instructions given by the help team but still no joy.
