They keep in touch with the customer base on all levels. If there is a problem with pick up service, County Waste notifies customers on a regular basis. Their notification app is a veey good tool to remind us of pick up times and dates. The formatting is way off so you can’t read it because it’s too big of a font. The garbage cans are also a perfect size for a normal family not too small not too big. I love the new app to remind me when pickup is because sometimes when there is a holiday it may not be a holiday for garbage pick up. I also love the auto pay online to keep track of my payment history. They have been very dependable and every time that they are scheduled to pick up my trash, they can always be depended to be steady and reliable. I immediately received an email telling me I would have my trash picked up within 24-48 hrs. True to their word. They picked up my trash.
