쿠팡이츠는 기사를 아무나 뽑나요? 기사님이 다른 집에 음식 가져다놓고 연락 안되고 전화도 안 받고 결국에는 음식 다 식은 채로 받게 해놓고 사과 한마디 없었습니다. 사과 해달라고 하니 똑같은 말 반복에 한숨 계속 쉬면서 음식 드리니 됐다고 음식 먹으면 된다고 오히려 짜증을 내시네요? 고객센터 전화 해보니 그냥 쿠폰 하나 주고 넘기는 것처럼 느껴졌습니다. 진짜 이 일 생각하면 화가 납니다. 음식을 시켰는데 화만 나고 식은 음식을 먹고 있어야 합니까?

배달 지연될수있는거 인정하고 뭐라 할 생각도 없음 근데 왜 처음 설정된 시간에서 계속 늦춰놓고 몇분 먼저 도착했네 이딴 메세지를 보내시는거죠???? 30분 걸린다길래 주문했는데 50분만에 주면서 4분 먼저 도착했어요 이럼ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 그냥 지연되는것보다 훨 기분나쁜데요??

카드사 일반결제가 안 돼요. 일반결제를 눌러도 등록된 카드로 선택이 되고 변경해도 먹히질 않아요. 앱 지우고 깔아보래서 지우고 깔았는데도 마찬가지입니다.

The perfect app for food delivery to a hotel. Zero language barrier issues with ordering or delivery. Surprisingly fast. The best thing is that it unlocked a lot of options we never would have been able to try if we were limited just to exploring our local area as tourists.
